What you’ll do

We are seeking a Techno-Functional SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in both functional and technical aspects of SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires a professional who can bridge business requirements and technical implementation.

The consultant will perform the following :

Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements.

Technical Design & Configuration : Develop technical designs and configure the Succession and Development module within SuccessFactors.

Solution Delivery : Ensure end-to-end implementation, including testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.

Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Documentation : Prepare functional and technical documentation for configurations and customizations.

What you'll need

Mandatory Qualifications

Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically the Succession and Development module.

Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management workflows.

Ability to perform both functional analysis and technical configuration.

Hands-on experience in creating technical designs and implementing system changes.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP SuccessFactors certification in Succession and Development.

Experience in integrating SuccessFactors with other HR systems.
