Compensation: Hourly ($32)

The Vosyn internship is unique. Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value. For greater clarity, NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern. Instead, Vosyn being an AI start-up, the upside is in potential future value of said shares based on the hours worked, billed and approved.

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and driven Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in creating visually compelling designs for both digital and print media. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to help bring our brand vision to life through innovative and engaging designs. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual assets for social media, websites, emails, and digital ads.
• Develop designs for brochures, posters, and other print materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all projects and update brand guidelines.
• Work with various teams to create cohesive designs for marketing campaigns.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit designs, and explore new tools.
• Stay updated on design trends and apply them to projects.
• Assist the marketing team with design tasks for campaigns and events.

About You:

• Currently pursuing an MBA or related Master's field degree, with a focus on communications or marketing.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process:

2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
