We are seeking a Service Technician to join a prominent supplier of premium food service equipment in Canada. In this role, you will be pivotal in the maintenance and repair of diverse equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing food service equipment
- Providing exceptional customer service and professional inquiries handling
- Promptly responding to service calls and offering remote troubleshooting
- Efficiently repairing with advanced technology and software
- Managing parts inventory and company vehicle maintenance
- Training technicians on maintenance and on-call emergencies
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Appliance Certificate or equivalent
- Technical experience with customer interaction preferred
- Knowledge in refrigeration, HVAC, or appliance repair
- Strong customer service skills and tech proficiency
- Detail-oriented with effective English communication
- Valid driver’s license; local and overnight travel required
