Incentive Event Program Manager

We are currently looking for an Incentive Event Program Manager / Producer to join our expanding team. This role will be a hybrid role based in Mississauga primarily for programs and events run in Toronto.

About The Role

Reporting to the Experience Process & Delivery Lead, the Incentive Event Program Manager brings care, creativity, and precision to every moment of the incentive travel journey. This role is all about rewarding people, celebrating achievements, strengthening loyalty, and creating once-in-a-lifetime group travel experiences that inspire and connect.

Whether it’s a beachfront welcome dinner, a customized cultural excursion, or a flawlessly executed farewell gala, the Event Manager ensures every touchpoint feels personal, purposeful, and unforgettable. From the first invitation to the final departure, they lead the planning and execution of programs that reflect our values, elevate our brand, and produce greatness, all while ensuring guests feel recognized, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.
