Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, creative and driven Pastaiolo to run the pasta & bread program at our newest location in Vaughan - Portage Parkway (near subway line).
Candidates must have a passion for Italian cuisine, seasonality and great products while also being able to understand and manage their stations and working on amazing food.
Requirements :
- Knowledge and love of Italian Cuisine
- experience on a similar role an asset
- Diploma from a Culinary school an asset
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with the Executive chef and Sous Chef team
- High attention to detail
- Valid Canadian Work Permit and Social Insurance Number (SIN) required
