Join Our Team as a Trip Support Specialist Drive Operational Excellence and Keep Our Fleet Flying Smoothly Safely and Efficiently Are you ambitious detail-oriented and driven to make an impact As a Trip Support Specialist youll work closely with the Trip Support Manager Executive Assistants and PICs to provide expert logistical and operational support for every trip. Youll be the key player in planning coordinating and following flights ensuring our operations run smoothly safely and efficiently from takeoff to landing.

What youll do :

• Pre-Trip Coordination : From destination research to scheduling and regulatory alignment.
• Flight Planning : Creating operational and test flight plans managing air traffic control filings assessing routing and fuel efficiency.
• Permits & Compliance : Handling overflight landing permits customs and international requirements.
• Crew & Ground Support : Booking hotels coordinating services like catering fueling cleaning and transport.
• Weather & Safety : Monitoring forecasts briefing crews on NOTAMs supporting emergency protocols.
• Flight Monitoring : Real-time tracking of aircraft and updating stakeholders as needed.

Theâtypical hiring range for this position is $80000 - $90000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge skills experience and education.
