SAP S / 4HANA Order to Cash(OTC) Lead

Your Role And Responsibilities

As the SAP S / 4HANA OTC Lead, you will serve as a client‑facing delivery leader and functional expert responsible for designing and implementing Order‑to‑Cash solutions within large‑scale SAP S / 4HANA programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients—translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions—and lead cross‑functional teams through all project phases, from design to post‑go‑live support.

Delivery Leadership

• Lead the OTC workstream within SAP S / 4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with the overall program strategy, scope, and timeline.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact for OTC‑related topics—managing expectations, facilitating workshops, and driving design decisions.
• Oversee delivery in accordance with SAP Activate / IBM Ascend or equivalent methodology, ensuring all work products, design documents, and testing deliverables meet quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with functional leads across MM, EWM, FI / CO, GTS, and Supply Chain Planning to ensure seamless end‑to‑end process integration.
