As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of leadership,overseeing projects from inception to completion. The role will require astrong sense of leadership and the ability to navigate through quality,scope, schedule, and budget considerations, all while making a lastingimpact in our fast-paced and rewarding environment.

• A passion for or experience within the Nuclear industry will be considereda strong asset for this position.ResponsibilitiesWork with a team of skilled engineers, analysts, vendors and otherproject support staff to deliver projects on time and on budgetDevelop, track and maintain project schedules and budgetsIdentify and manage project risksLiaise effectively with clientsMonitor and control progress on the project, providing regular updateson schedule and budget to senior management and to clientsDevelop new clients and projects based on expertise in projectareasQualificationsBachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or Businessadministration;
• At least five (5) years of Project Management experience isrequired;PMP or equivalent project management training is considered anasset;
• Proven leadership skills among team members as well as the ability tobuild strong rapport with clientsProficient in Primavera P6 and / or Microsoft Project;
• Working knowledge and application of quality standards, Nuclear / CNSCregulatory documents, and other applicable nuclear codes and standards ispreferable;
• Demonstrated technical writing experience;A demonstratable track record in managing multiple customers andcoordination of multiple projects simultaneouslyAdditional RequirementsDemonstrated team building skills coupled with excellent communication,interpersonal and organizational skills;
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of budgeting andscheduling;Condition of employment is acquiring nuclear site securityclearance;
• Willingness to work at customer sites (may include Toronto, Tiverton,Durham Region, Regina, or Ottawa);Experience with nuclear and environmental related projects is an asset;
