Position Status : 1.0 Regular, Full-time
Hours of Work : Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Affiliation : Union-Exempt
Salary range : $137,277 to $160,233 (Level 10)
Job Summary
Under the general direction of the General Manager and Senior Legal Counsel, LR, the Labour Relations Team Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with, and acts as the key liaison between, the District and Federation representatives. The Team Manager is responsible for all collective bargaining negotiations, grievances, and arbitrations, and acts as a central advisor to supervisors, managers and principals on the application and interpretation of collective agreements.
