YOUR ROLE:As a commercial real estate paralegal, you will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial leases.Your responsibilities will include:Drafting and preparing documents related to commercial premises, including creating, renewing, modifying, or transferring lease agreements;Conducting in-depth legal research in specialized databases such as Soquij, as well as with government agencies (Business Registry, Corporations Canada, Land Registry, etc.);Consulting and analyzing court records via civil, criminal, and penal court transcripts;Producing and submitting the required declarations to the competent authorities to ensure the annual compliance of corporate entities;Compiling and organizing the legal documents required for real estate transactions or financial operations. REQUIRED SKILLS:DCS in Paralegal Technology or other relevant diploma;Experience in commercial real estate in a similar position;Good level of bilingualism, spoken and written;Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;Organizational skills and ability to manage several files at the same time;Autonomy, versatility, and team spirit.
