Our client is a leading Canadian Healthtech firm specializing in healthcare orchestration and billing. Recognized as an employer of choice, they leverage advanced analytics and high-value data to build more resilient healthcare systems. Extensive hiring is planned for 2026.

Location

100% Remote (Canada-wide). Requires travel to Montreal twice a year for team meetings.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership : Lead and coach a team of 8–10 people, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.
Delivery Excellence : Oversee end‑to‑end execution, ensuring realistic timelines, clear priorities, and the removal of technical blockers.
Strategic Collaboration : Act as a thought partner to Product and Architecture to balance technical feasibility with business value.
Continuous Improvement : Optimize workflows and monitor performance metrics (velocity, quality, predictability) to evolve the delivery model.

Qualifications

Experience : 8+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in a formal leadership or management role.

Expertise : Proven track record of managing delivery in a fast‑paced SaaS or product‑led environment.

Skills : Strong technical literacy with the ability to challenge architectural decisions and bridge the gap between business and engineering.

Mindset : Focused on transparency, team empowerment, and continuous process optimization.
