Job description

Exciting Opportunity : Full-Time 12-Month Mandate as an administrative clerk!

We’re seeking dynamic candidates who meet the following criteria :

1. Fluently Bilingual in French and English

2. Proven Experience in administration and / or customer service

3. Availability to work Mondays to Friday, 8 : 00 to 16 : 30

4. Fully Equipped to thrive in a 100% remote environment

Role Highlights :

Work from the Comfort of Your Home (computer equipment provided)

Position : Documents Validation Clerk

Schedule : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Compensation : $22.20 / hour (paid weekly)

Contract Duration : 12 months

Responsibilities

  • Process Customer Documentation such as lien letters, release letters, and other related documents.
  • Send repossession notices and prepare necessary auction documents.
  • Compile files for bailiffs and lawyers and create deficiency balance letters.
  • Manage insurance requests, cancellations, total loss files, and support lease transfer and refinance documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum College Diploma (DEC)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and French);
  • Detail oriented and meticulous

    Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role

    Microsoft Office
