As a Senior Level Designer, you will report to an Associate Design Director and play a pivotal role in bringing the next chapter of a renowned AAA franchise to life. You’ll collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals to craft high-quality missions that meet the project’s ambitious standards. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a prestigious IP with strong industry recognition.

In this role you will :

• Design, prototype, and own missionsfrom pre-production to final implementation as part of a team, ensuring they deliver engaging objectives, combat encounters, and scenarios aligned with the game’s narrative and core gameplay pillars.
• Shape mission flow, pacing, and difficulty curvesto ensure engaging and rewarding experiences.
• Combine combat, exploration, and storytellinginto cohesive, interactive experiences.
• Partner with systems designersto ensure missions complement progression, rewards, and core mechanics.
• Clearly communicate your design intentto the creative director, artists, engineers, and QA across the full production pipeline.
