Job description

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Assist walk-in clients and discuss their insurance needs
  • Answer phone calls from clients when available
  • Create and produce insurance policies
  • Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clients
  • Complete policy reviews and renewals

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Level 1 general license
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience at a brokerage in Autopac or Personal Lines
  • Experienced in providing customer service with various situations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge in EPIC or other similar software
