As we scale, our goal is clear : to raise the capital needed to expand our innovative Recruitment-as-a-Subscription-Service (RAASS) model and broaden our footprint across North America . We are seeking a highly motivated Fractional Investor Relations Partner to help us achieve this key objective.

Position Overview :

The Fractional Investor Relations Partner will play a critical role in leading destinationone Consulting’s capital-raising initiatives , focusing on identifying and engaging investors aligned with our vision, preparing and delivering compelling investment materials, and supporting various fundraising strategies. This role is integral to achieving our ambitious capital goals and fueling the company’s rapid expansion .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Investor Identification and Engagement :
  • Research and identify potential investors with a focus on HR tools, technology, and related industries.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of investor contacts across North America.
  • Foster strong relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring clear communication of destinationone Consulting’s vision and growth strategy.
  • Investor Pitches and Presentations :
  • Collaborate with the Founder to prepare and deliver compelling investor pitches and presentations.
  • Articulate the company’s mission, growth opportunities, and financial potential to secure investments.
  • Fundraising Strategy and Execution :
  • Develop and execute strategies to raise funds through various channels, including venture capital, private equity, crowdfunding, and other innovative avenues.
  • Identify and evaluate new fundraising opportunities aligned with destinationone’s growth objectives.
  • Investment Documentation :
  • Prepare and refine investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, financial projections, executive summaries, and term sheets.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, professional, and aligned with the company’s branding and messaging.
  • Market Research and Analysis :
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscapes, and investment opportunities within the HR and technology sectors.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance investor engagement and fundraising strategies.
  • Reporting and Compliance :
  • Support the development of regular updates and reports for investors, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to fundraising and investor relations.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, or a related field, preferably in HR tools, technology, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising processes, including venture capital and private equity funding.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering investor pitches and creating investment documentation.
  • A strong network of investor contacts in North America is a significant asset.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
