Tasks Activities for this Application Support role
Maintain and support production environments for critical client facing applications
Drive stability and service improvements by analysing incidents trends and recurring issues
Collaborate with Technology Development Infrastructure and Business Product teams globally
Conduct startofday checks continuous monitoring and regional handovers
Develop and maintain technical documentation to support operational readiness
Partner with developers and product teams to priorities bug fixes and enhancements
Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate appropriately
Support deployment activities including testing validation and postrelease monitoring
Provide functional and customer focused support for ICT application services
Analyse and priorities support enquiries to ensure timely resolution
Deliver clear advice and direction to business users and internal teams
Contribute to process improvements and enhance support workflows Assist Senior Application Specialists with escalations and complex technical issues?
