About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Controller who thrives in a dynamic, multi‑entity environment. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role blends hands‑on accounting leadership with strategic financial insight, supporting a rapidly growing organization while contributing to a strong, people‑first culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead accurate and efficient month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and consolidated multi‑entity reports.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll integration, inventory, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure proper revenue recognition and expense allocation.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial procedures, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with ASPE and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and support accounting staff in a collaborative, positive environment.
• Partner across departments to support operations and strategic goals.
