Operations Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in North York, ON. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operational activities, manage team performance, and ensure that organizational goals and deadlines are met. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, ensuring efficient resource utilization, providing support and guidance to team members, and resolving operational challenges. The role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience to lead and support teams effectively
• Proficient in Operations and capable of optimizing workflows and processes
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess operational performance and implement necessary improvements
• Exceptional Communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace environment and manage multiple responsibilities
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
• Post-secondary education or relevant certifications in Business, Management, or related fields are an asset
