• You are deeply invested in craft, with a strong appreciation for typography, layout, color, and design systems.
• You prioritize the creative process itself, carving out time to experiment and push concepts further before they go into production.

Your role:

• Visually imagine, conceptualize, and execute immersive brand experiences.
• Define the artistic direction and design of brand activations, events, and installations.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver large-scale projects.
• Present and defend your artistic vision to clients with a strong and inspiring vision.
• Ensure excellence and innovation at every stage of the creative process.
• Balance leadership with hands-on design work, staying closely involved in visual development rather than only overseeing it.

What you bring:

• Over 8 years of agency experience with expertise in experiential marketing.
• A college diploma or bachelors degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• The ability to translate strategic creative insights into powerful visual concepts.
• Knowledge of design trends, new technologies, and immersive formats.
• Talent for presenting and unveiling creative concepts.
• An eagerness to explore design ideas through iteration, sketching, and rapid visualization.
