Responsibilities
Collect materials from and return materials to the designed storage areasEncourage student involvement by ensuring students begin warm‑up activities and assisting students on an individual basisPractice excellence in teaching when offering Engineering for Kids programsEnsure classes operate smoothly by conducting tasks such as observing and recording data during student tests, managing supplies during class, and assisting in demonstrationsProvide appropriate instruction that considers the unique abilities of every studentConstantly strive to improve instruction through reflection and evaluationDemonstrate initiative by seeking additional Engineering for Kids training and further educationPrimary Duties
Support Engineering for Kids classes in a professional mannerBe courteous and approachable to students, parents, and staffFollow policies of the franchise location which may include, but are not limited to, safety procedures and dress codeCompensation
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour
