Reporting to the Sales Director, youll be on the front lines of growth, expanding Manuliftootprint in rural markets by connecting directly with farms, co-ops, and agri-businesses. What Youll Do
- Own your territory : Youll take full charge of your region, identifying opportunities, prospecting, and building a strong pipeline of new business.
- Hunt daily : Cold calling, door-knocking, follow-ups you thrive on high activity and direct contact.
- Sell smart : Position Merlos unique value to ag clients with compelling business cases that show ROI, efficiency, and game-changing results.
- Grow trusted partnerships : Develop long-term relationships rooted in trust, value, and consistency.
- Stay proactive : Youll keep your CRM clean, your calendar full, and your sales funnel always moving.

What You Bring
A hunters DNA You dont wait for leads. You create them.3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in equipment, agriculture, or B2B.Proven success in business development, prospecting, and territory growth.Strong communication and interpersonal skills youre a relationship builder.Independent, self-motivated, and competitive but you thrive as part of a team.A strong sense of initiative and a desire to grow into bigger roles.Valid drivers license you love being on the roadWhy Manulift?
