What you’ll do :
The Ag Mechanic Apprentice is responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, scheduled maintenance work on Ag equipment.
Key responsibilities include :
- Diagnose and inspect equipment for faults and malfunctions
- Repair and adjust equipment and replace defective parts.
- Perform updates, pre-season delivery inspections and pre-season inspections.
- Complete work orders and help the shop mechanic
- Adhere to all occupational health and safety standards, as the company is committed to the protection and wellness of its employees.
Who you are :
Able to work independently or as part of a team.You have 1-3 years of mechanical experience in agricultural mechanics, heavy-duty mechanics or diesel mechanics.You have a class 5 driver’s license.Class 1 / Class 3 is considered an asset but not essential.You may be required to work longer hours, especially during the busy season.Ability to commute / relocate (8 miles east of Brandon or 2 miles west of
