Job Description : About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Planning & Design Technologist to support the delivery of natural gas services across our network. In this role, you’ll plan and coordinate customer-driven and system-driven gas installation projects—translating technical requirements, service standards, and pricing models into clear, accurate project plans and customer contracts.

What You’ll Be Doing Your First Year

You’ll focus on building a strong understanding of our operations and developing relationships across the organization.

• Gain a solid understanding of the regulated natural gas business, including planning, operations, and stakeholder interactions.
• Manage project requests across various internal systems, including GIS mapping tools, SharePoint, customer information systems, financial tools, and materials / estimating platforms.
• Support field activities by observing installation, repairs, and upgrades, while conducting onsite assessments with customers requiring new or modified services.
