A growing real estate development and construction company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support its latest projects in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. You'll play a key role in project administration, financial reporting, market research, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support project administration, documentation, and reporting.
- Conduct market research and support marketing initiatives.
- Assist with financial reporting and data analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure tasks are completed on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
