The Opportunity :

Sales Director Role - Toronto : In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in expanding ad sales and supporting key holding companies. Self-driven and resourceful, you'll manage a range of responsibilities, from building client relationships to delivering impactful presentations. You excel at crafting custom solutions and bringing them to life through collaborative partnerships.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and agencies to design advertising initiatives that drive business growth. A background in video advertising and CTV is essential, along with experience in planning, buying, or selling broadcast television or digital media. You should have a track record of developing effective sales strategies, relationships maps, and business plans that unlock new revenue opportunities for the ad business. ?Experience in start-up or fast paced environments, along with the agility to adapt and move quickly, will make you well-suited for this role. Responsibilities :

Ensure our clients receive the highest level of sales and customer service

Develop data-driven solutions, campaign wrap-up reports, and QBRs in conjunction with Account Management, Operations, and Analytics teams

Proactively sell our full suite of ad products (i.e, native ads, CTV video, online video, and programmatic) to clients as well as their respective agencies

Surround the account and ensure you are developing relationships with all key stakeholders

Stay up to speed on your client's business, including upcoming release schedule, major launches, premieres, priorities,new product launches etc.

Work with a sense of urgency

Client Engagement & Networking

Showing up professional, on time, prepared & camera enabled for client meetings

Lead consistent meetings and client engagement across a portfolio of business through zoom and in-person meetings, as well as phone / email interactions

Identify and consistently engage key decision makers to find pockets of opportunity across both established and developmental accounts

Attend networking and industry events to establish relationships and further develop knowledge of CTV landscape

LG Ads ?One Team? Collaboration

Actively collaborate with other internal teams to drive overall sales success including sharing best practices, competitive learnings, and new opportunities / ways of working together

Deliver outstanding attention to detail and maintain high levels of accuracy within deadline-driven environment

REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum 4 years of CTV / Video Sales experience. Linear is a plus

High level Salesforce proficiency

Experience selling into Major Holdcos, Publicis experience is a plus!

Preferred :

Programmatic experience

Streaming experience

Addressable TV
