Job Description :
The primary responsibility of a non‑IT Program Manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities across areas such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, product rollouts, and other non‑IT projects.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional leadership team and play a key part in a transformative change journey. You will help drive organizational impact through effective communications, cross‑functional collaboration, and strategic execution. A major focus of this journey is advancing Windows support into the world of AI, positioning the organization for future innovation and success.
Responsibilities :
This role will contribute to kick off manager community engagement for the upcoming fiscal year, to determine employee engagement programs for other, more technical communities within Windows.

A largely self-directed role, a typical day involves driving workstreams forward — organizing inputs, tracking actions, and keeping cross-team deliverables moving. Partnering across teams, you will clarify requirements, remove blockers, and keep programs aligned so processes, timelines, and outputs stay consistent and easy for others to act on.
