Base Coordinator

YOUR ROLE

The Montreal Base Coordinator leads a team of supervisors composed of several functions. He supervises all counter, ramp, cargo, aircraft and building maintenance operations. He is responsible for daily operations, while respecting safety standards, customer service, internal policies and procedures of Transport Canada and Montreal Airport (ADM).

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?

• College diploma in the field of aviation, tourism, administration or any other combination of training and / or experience deemed relevant. The absence of a diploma could be compensated for by greater experience.
• Ten (10) years of experience in the aviation industry including five (5) in a supervisor position.
• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Take initiative and have a high sense of responsibility.
• Autonomous and able to manage several requests simultaneously.
• Bilingual (French and English).
• Very flexible, able to respond quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Great respect, understanding and consideration for First Nations communities.
