Behaviour (Instructor) Therapist

Role Description

This is a part-time instructor therapist (contract) role for a Behaviour Therapist. We are hiring for Mississauga, Brampton, and Scarborough. The Behaviour Therapist will be responsible for implementing behaviour intervention plans, providing direct ABA therapy to clients, and tracking client progress. The therapist will also work closely with families and other professionals to support the overall development and well-being of clients. Regular training and professional development activities will be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting assessments
• Skills in providing direct therapy and tracking client progress
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with families and other professionals
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Relevant certifications and a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, or a related field
• Experience in a clinical or educational setting is a plus
