Data Entry Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a graduate from an Accounting or Office Administration program with previous experience supporting a busy team. The roles and responsibilities will provide a broad range of experience and knowledge that can be helpful for starting your career in Accounting or Project Management.

Responsibilities :

• Review clients contracts / agreements and purchase orders to ensure the end results will be fully functional projects in our ERP system.
• Ensure project creation and modifications comply with company-directed standards.
• Assist and provide backup support to accounting staff and auditors.
• Prepare and maintain accounting files, records, and reports.
