The Opportunity : Architect, Builder, and Strategist
We are seeking a passionate, mission-focused, and results-driven Digital Marketing Guru to build and lead our client's growth engine. This is a critical role for a "jack of all trades" digital marketer who can seamlessly blend strategic vision with hands-on execution.
We are intentionally avoiding a "CMO" title because we require a leader who is both a strategist and a "doer" —someone comfortable executing the in the trenches work needed for a high growth startup, rather than a leader who is distant from implementation. You will not be inheriting a large team or a pre built playbook; you will be the architect and the builder, responsible for creating the marketing structure and running the campaigns yourself.
You will be instrumental in driving the brand's reach, fostering key partnerships, and ultimately contributing to revenue and sales goals. This is a remote, offshore position offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a vital mission.
Key Responsibilities :
Core Strategy & MarTech Ownership :
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's mission and business objectives, focusing on B2B partnerships, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- CRM Mastery : Manage and leverage the HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform to streamline lead nurturing, customer journeys, and reporting.
- Act as both a strategist and an executor , capable of defining high-level plans while also diving into the details of campaign implementation.
- Drive revenue and sales focus across all marketing initiatives, ensuring clear ROI.
Digital Execution & Content Competencies :
Digital Advertising : Personally manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, particularly Google Ads , to drive qualified leads and conversions. Website & Social Media : Maintain and update website content and be fluent in social media competencies , including content strategy and hands on content creation .SEO Oversight & Collaboration : Supervise the external SEO agency, providing strategic direction, feedback on their performance, and ensuring their efforts align with the overall vision and ROI goals.Collaborate closely with the agency to optimize organic search performance and content strategy.Audience and Brand Development :
Deeply understand the needs, behaviors, and sensitivities of the target audience within the mental health space.Develop messaging and campaigns that resonate authentically and build trust.Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand reach and referral networks.Performance Monitoring :
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and inform business decisions.Who You Are

5+ years of hands on digital marketing experience , with a proven track record of driving growth.Experience in a startup, small company, or an environment where you were responsible for both strategy and execution is highly preferred.Experience in B2B marketing and partnership development.Deep, hands on proficiency in Google Ads and other paid digital advertising platforms.Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot required).Website management and social media content creation competencies are required.Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience supervising external agencies.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in marketing services within the healthcare or wellness industry.Familiarity with various digital marketing channels beyond paid ads (e.g., social media, content marketing, email marketing).Work Setup :
This is a full-time, remote role with a preference for candidates in LATAM.
