About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Odoo Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our Odoo ERP environment. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Odoo solutions align with operational needs and strategic objectives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of Odoo modules, and proven experience leading complex ERP implementations and improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Odoo solutions.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, HR, etc.).
• Lead Odoo implementation projects from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with developers to define technical specifications and oversee custom developments.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements and process improvements.
• Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for Odoo-related issues.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, workflows, and user guides.
• Support data migration, integration, and system upgrades.
• Train end-users and stakeholders on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
• Ensure system configurations align with company policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in ERP environments.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Odoo (v13+ preferred).
• Strong understanding of core Odoo modules and business processes.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle Odoo implementations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in a hybrid or agile project environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Odoo certification (Functional or Technical).
• Experience with Python and Odoo customization.
• Knowledge of integration tools and APIs.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution sectors.
• Bilingual (English & French).
