Customer Service Representative - Life Insurance We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist our clients with their life insurance inquiries and needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities : Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries about life insurance policies, claims, and benefits.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications : Complete or be willing to take the HLLQP Course to start your insurance career. Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve goals.
