Job Title : Financial / Insurance Executive Assistant
Location : Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule : 20-40 hrs / week
VirtueStaff is on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial / Insurance Executive Assistant to support our finance and insurance team. In this critical role, you will manage administrative functions related to financial and insurance operations, allowing our executives to focus on strategic initiatives and client relationships. This position is ideal for candidates with a solid background in finance or insurance and exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist executives in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit financial reports, insurance documents, and presentations
- Maintain and organize client files, insurance applications, and financial records
- Handle invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable tasks related to insurance and finance services
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance providers, and financial institutions
- Conduct research and gather data to support reporting and financial analysis
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives in the finance and insurance sectors
- Provide general administrative support, including managing emails and answering phone calls
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a financial or insurance environmentStrong understanding of financial products and insurance services is highly regardedExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with financial and insurance softwareCapable of managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks efficientlyMaintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all timesAble to work independently as well as collaborate within a remote teamStrong analytical skills and attention to detailBenefits
