As a Vendor Support Representative, you will support with reviewing and responding to supplier and Dealer accounts payable inquiries. Led by the Manager, Accounts Payable, you’ll be responsible for researching and investigating invoice and payment issues, ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining strong relationships with our partners. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounts payable and finance experience, and excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and investigate invoice and payment issues, review and record status updates.
• Establish and maintain open communication with suppliers, as well as internal and external parties, to provide prompt follow‑up for resolution of reported discrepancies.
• Retain supporting documentation electronically for tracking purposes.
• Complete year‑end audit requests from suppliers.
