A Snapshot of Your Day

As our new Quality Professional, your primary responsibility will be the oversight and management of all AGT internal procedures in the Siemens Energy Process House (One Energy Tenant).

You will work with all global process owners to ensure our procedures are fit for purpose, lean and do not exceed their publication review dates.

Additional tasks can include supporting other aspects of the AGT QMS Team : leading / supporting non-conformance resolution through root cause analysis methods and tools, leading cross-functional teams to solve problems, supervise CAPAs and performing / supporting internal audits and the internal audit program.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Ensure our AGT procedures are effective, easy to understand and accessible to everyone.
  • You will work in alignment with the organization in enhancing the identification, prioritization, design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for developing training guides and running sessions to improve our teams' understanding and usage of BIC CLOUD.
  • You will manage multiple projects, communicate updates, and meet milestones in a timely fashion, displaying a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex problems.
  • Foster learning, best practice transfer and exchange on lessons learned within AGT, including coaching and consulting support.
  • You will lead in analyzing the key performance indicators and processes to identify any improvement potential and provide information and analysis on the business impact.

What You Bring

  • Experience with Quality Management Systems, KPI’s, Process Improvement, Audits and Process / Workflow documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Root Cause and Preventive Action methods (e.g. Six Sigma, 8D, KT, CAPA).
  • Strong project management skills to drive projects to successful and timely conclusions.
  • Expert facilitation skills are required to manage and lead global teams.
  • Strong influencing skills required to drive organizational and behavioral change.
  • Willing to travel internationally up to 10%.
  • Fluent in French.

Additional Nice to Have :

  • Certification in Lean Methodologies or Green / Black Belt is valuable.
  • Knowledge of Industrial and / or Aeroderivative turbine driven Compressor and Generator package is advantageous.
