About the position

Duties
• Participates in the recruitment of CSU staff, as required.
• Trains and supervises staff of a virtual call center responsible for conducting inbound and outbound calls 7-days a week.
• Creates and ensures adherence to a schedule with various shifts, maintaining sufficient staff levels.
• Monitors performance and productivity of staff.
• Authorizes employees’ weekly payments.
• Responds and follows-up with IT and compensation-related issues for their team.
• Reviews and responds to inquiries from the public related to collection. Work environment

The census also provides information about the characteristics of the population and its housing within small geographic areas and for small population groups to support planning, administration, policy development and evaluation activities of governments at all levels, as well as data users in the private sector. Intent of the process
The intent is to staff full-time, specified-period positions across Canada. The pool of qualified candidates established from this process may be used to staff similar positions for the 2026 Census.Please also note that, depending on the position to be filled, asset qualifications mentioned in this posting may be required for the job and therefore considered essential qualifications.
