Role Overview
The Brand Experience & Visual Identity Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that both brands look and feel cohesive, from what our guides wear, to how our vehicles and merchandise appear, to how our digital presence shows up online.
The Brand Coordinator is responsible for owning and maintaining the visual brand identity for both See Sight Tours and Tripshepherd.
- Ensure brand consistency across uniforms, vehicles, signage, and merchandise
- Help define what the “guide look” is (polos, hats, jackets, etc.)
- Support the visual standards for vehicles and on‑tour branding
- Maintain brand guidelines for websites, social media, print, and digital assets
- Design on‑brand graphics for events, posters, social media ads, and more
- Act as the internal “brand guardian” to keep everything on‑brand and cohesive
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Brand Identity & Guidelines
- Develop, document, and maintain brand guidelines for both See Sight Tours and Tripshepherd, including: logos, colors, typography, imagery, and iconography
- Visual style across print, digital, uniforms, vehicles, and merchandise
- Ensure all internal and external materials follow established brand standards
- Update guidelines as the brands evolve and new use cases emerge
- 2. Guide Look, Uniforms & On‑Tour Brand Experience
- Define and maintain the visual standard for guides, including polos, shirts, jackets, hats, name tags, and accessories
- Collaborate with operations to ensure uniforms are practical, professional, and on‑brand
- Work with suppliers to source and refine uniform items that match brand standards
- Provide clear visual references and guidelines so all locations maintain a consistent guide look
- 3. Vehicles, Signage & On‑the‑Ground Branding
- Develop and maintain standards for vehicle branding (wraps, decals, logo placement, colors)
- Work with designers and vendors on vehicle wrap concepts and approvals
- Ensure signage (meeting point signs, office signs, sandwich boards, etc.) visually consistent and easy to recognize
- Create or coordinate visual mockups and brand boards for physical brand touchpoints
- 4. Merchandise & Branded Materials
- Coordinate the design and production of branded merchandise (t‑shirts, hats, tote bags, water bottles, etc.)
- Ensure all merchandise aligns with brand aesthetics and quality standards
- Support the creation and updating of printed materials (brochures, rack cards, welcome cards, in‑destination collateral)
- 5. Digital Brand Consistency (Website & Social Media)
- Work with the marketing and web teams to ensure the Tripshepherd and See Sight Tours websites follow brand guidelines (color, imagery, layout consistency)
- Review visual assets used on social media to ensure they are brand‑aligned (logo, fonts, color use, overall look)
- Provide brand‑approved templates and examples for recurring formats such as social posts, ads, email banners, and hero images
- 6. Graphic Design & Creative Asset Production
- Design graphics for events and activations, posters and flyers, social media ads and organic posts, internal and external presentations or one‑pagers
- Adapt existing brand assets into new formats and sizes as needed
- Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and exports for use across teams
- Video editing is a bonus: Assist with basic video editing for short clips, reels, social content, or branded videos where needed, ensuring video assets use correct logos, fonts, lower‑thirds, and visual consistency
- 7. Design Support & Asset Management
- Organize and maintain a central brand asset library (logos, fonts, templates, images, icons) accessible to the wider team
- Ensure teams always have access to the latest, correct versions of brand assets
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members when they are creating or requesting visuals
- 8. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, HR
- Act as the point person for brand and visual questions, approvals, and clarifications
- Flag brand inconsistencies, gaps, or risks to the CMO and suggest improvements
Qualifications
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in brand coordination, graphic design, visual merchandising, or marketing/design coordination
- Experience working with both digital and physical brand touchpoints (uniforms, signage, merch, web, social) is an asset
Skills
- Must be able to do graphic design and produce polished, on‑brand assets
- Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or Canva (or a mix)
- Ability to create graphics for events, posters, social media ads, and other marketing materials
- Basic video editing skills are a strong bonus (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and visual consistency
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, requests, and deadlines
- Clear communication skills, especially when providing or receiving feedback on creative work
Education
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Branding, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
