Salary range (but not limited to) : 138,500 - 169,300

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance) : 15%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We are seeking a Team Lead within the IntactLab. In this role, you may be responsible for leading a small team of junior data scientists and / or actuarial analysts and / or AI developers. This role combines operational leadership and technical expertise to coordinate daily activities, implement the data science strategy, improve key processes, and support business objectives. You will be a trusted partner to management teams, ensure clear communication with stakeholders, mentor talent development, and oversee the design of models and analyses that directly contribute to product performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
