Job description

A parking management technology solutions company, based in Varennes, is looking for a technical support agent who is curious and interested in programming (XML).

We want to talk to you if you have experience in software and hardware technical support, are bilingual and live near Varennes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to requests for assistance with terminal problems and customer requests.
  • Terminal troubleshooting
  • Communicate with customers to understand configuration needs
  • Monitor terminals
  • Generate scripts
  • Perform quality assurance
  • Create and manage support tickets
  • Provide remote assistance or training with customer (as required)

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of computer hardware

Experience in computer problem solving / debugging

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Fluency in English and French, as customers are located in Quebec, other provinces and internationally.

Knowledge of XML and XAML - an asset
