About the Job

The Transition Liaison Registered Nurse :

This is a Casual opportunity. Casual Employees are not guaranteed hours of work and can range from 0-37.5 hours per week on an as-needed basis.

Shifts of work will be scheduled days, rotating from 07 : 45 to 15 : 45, 08 : 30 to 16 : 30, 10 : 00 to 18 : 00 hours.
