Senior SAP Functional Analyst – HCM / SuccessFactors

Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior SAP Functional Analyst responsible for owning SAP HCM Payroll and providing expert functional support across SuccessFactors to ensure accurate, compliant, and stable enterprise HR operations.

3-month contract with possible extension

Must Have :

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM , including Payroll, PA / OM, and Time Management
• Deep expertise configuring SAP HCM Payroll (schemas, PCRs, wage types, tax models, retro processing)
• Proven experience supporting end-to-end payroll cycles , including year-end activities
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding) and its integration with SAP HCM
• Ability to act as a Tier 3 functional escalation point and troubleshoot complex HR / payroll issues
