With a strong focus on precision, collaboration, and professional development, the company is seeking a Bookkeeper who is detail-oriented and proactive to support daily accounting operations across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process financing documentation and ensure timely submission of complete packages to partner institutions;
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable efficiently and accurately;
• Prepare and reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis;
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with internal reporting;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with financial procedures;
• Provide general bookkeeping support for several business divisions.

Skills and qualifications :

Required Technical Skills :

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation;
• Experience with bank reconciliations, payables/receivables, and general ledger entries;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities;
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications :

• 2–5 years of bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience in the automotive or real estate sectors is an asset.
