Job Description :

A&W is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Cashier (French & English) to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, excel in client interaction, problem-solving, and managing customer needs. This position requires someone who can confidently handle cash transactions, food processing, and fast food preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and interact with customers in both French and English, providing exceptional service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage food processing and preparation tasks, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Assist in the fast food service process, ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, using problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Promote A&W’s offerings and engage with customers to enhance their experience.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Excellent client interaction and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable handling cash, food processing, and preparing fast food in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
