Job description
Our Burnaby-based government client is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to drive the success of an impactful and fast-paced project. If you're eager to make a meaningful contribution within a large enterprise environment, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of a forward-thinking organization!

Responsibilities
• Maintain project trackers and ensure timely updates.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars for project teams.
• Prepare stakeholder materials and meeting packages.
• Support cross-project communication and coordination.
• Assist with documentation and reporting for project milestones.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops and stakeholder sessions

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
