Location : Downtown Montreal (Hybrid)

Salary : $47K – $70K (based on experience)

We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join a prestigious, people-focused corporate law firm in downtown Montreal. This is your chance to grow your career, gain valuable experience, and work alongside a team that values collaboration, learning, and innovation.

What you’ll do :

  • Support the team by preparing, formatting, and managing documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Organize files, scan, print, copy, and maintain electronic document systems.
  • Assist with scheduling, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Enter data into the CRM system and support invoicing and billing processes.
  • Help with business projects, client communications, and other office operations.
  • Who we’re looking for :

  • Someone with strong admin or customer service experience, ideally in fast-paced offices such as banking, real estate, or corporate environments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
  • Motivated to build a long-term career in a corporate environment.
  • Technical & Language Skills :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Other Language Requirement : English

  • Level of Proficiency Required :  Advanced
  • Reasons for Language Requirement : To support the international operations of the firm
  • Frequency of Use : Daily (for various tasks)
