We are looking for RNs and RPNs to work in our clinic in Mississauga.
This is a Full-Time / Part-Time position.

Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.Working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing servicesProviding a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (i.e. compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy ostomy and wound care, catheter management , etc.)Performing other clinical duties as requiredWhat You Bring
Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diplomaCurrent College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standingA strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patientsExceptional interpersonal skillsExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsCPR CertificationCurrent immunization record including 2 step TB testTo protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background checkCarePartners In Your Community
In addition to providing home-based health care, CarePartners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings. Through our Community Nursing Services outreach program, we’ve been organizing staff-led medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to health care since 2009.
