Mission
Reporting to the After‑Sales Service National Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support to the service department.
Responsibilities
- Schedule technicians on the road and track work in progress
- Follow‑up and schedule periodic interviews with direct clients
- Manage and promote service agreements (service overview, appointment scheduling, data entry, letters, etc.)
- Making calls to qualify leads and schedule courtesy visits
- Open and close work orders and submit information for billing
- Perform various administrative tasks (statistics, register maintenance, etc.)
- All other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience from 1 to 3 years
- Excellent knowledge of French and English spoken and written
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of compressed air systems is an asset
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
