This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, guiding the design and implementation of robust application architectures. As a mentor and technical leader, the Lead Application Developer empowers team members by expanding their expertise and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence across all aspects of solution architecture.

Key Accountabilities :

• Provides technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Drives adoption of CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
• Oversees application architecture and ensures alignment with security and compliance standards.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and escalates key issues / risks to the Manager; proposes and executes solutions to address challenges or mitigate risks.
• Maintains architecture service quality at the Product and Service Level within the specialty domain.
• Acts as primary point of contact between the development team and other partners, ensuring clear and effective communication of project status, issues, and requirements.
• Acts as a first point of contact for team members escalation and support.
• Support the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operational activities of team members.
• May act as back up in absence of the Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
