Position : Junior Marketing Coordinator

Salary : $48K to $50K

We are looking to hire a Junior Marketing Coordinator for a great consumer products manufacturing client located in Brampton. The Junior Marketing Coordinator provides project coordination, execution, and administrative support for our client's marketing and design programs. This role works directly with design, product development, sales, and operations teams to coordinate the creation, development and day-to-day implementation of marketing tasks related to content creation, graphic design & retail merchandising operations. The role will also work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the strategy and execution of our events, as well as other ad hoc marketing and graphic design projects.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain project trackers, invoices, and purchase orders for all marketing activities.
• Support with graphic design tasks as needed which may include working on product instruction sheets, packaging, labels, and other design materials.
• Assist with the maintenance and organization of our digital asset management system.
• Stay on top of best practices for marketing, advertising, product packaging, merchandising, e-commerce, and understand the ever-changing goals within the marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and retail industry.
• Support the continuous improvement of marketing workflows, tools, and documentation, driving adoption to embed process discipline within the team.
• Maintain and optimize the use of project management systems to support communication with stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure clarity in intake, feedback cycles and approvals, coordinating the creation of structured templates and documentation standards.
• Track key project metrics, including timing, budget, and stakeholder feedback.
• Assist post-project reviews to surface insights and refine future processes, including actionable recommendations and assignment of ownership for improvements.
• Provide regular reporting & updates keeping teams up to date with latest content productions.
