We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support Project and Program Managers with day-to-day project management tasks. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Project and Program Managers in coordinating and executing project plans.
- Schedule, attend, and actively participate in planning and collaboration meetings.
- Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings.
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for management.
- Support project teams in tracking deadlines, risks, and issues.
- Maintain program documentation and ensure adherence to frameworks and methodologies.
- Provide administrative and governance support for project initiatives.
- Assist in the selection, setup, and use of project management tools.
- Review, evaluate, and recommend improvements to project processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.Experience supporting large, diverse programs with established project management frameworks.Proven ability to track project budgets and schedules.Strong communication and presentation skills with experience preparing reports and briefing materials.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships across teams.High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and collaboration tools like Microsoft Project .Knowledge of Project Management best practices .Preferred Qualifications :
Experience as a Project Coordinator in the Public Sector .Certification from a recognized project management accreditation body such as PMI (PMP, CAPM) or PRINCE2 .
